Have you ever started at a new school and things just didn’t feel right? 

Alyssa arrives in Fairview as the new girl in her final year of school and quickly falls in with Reyna and her tightly controlled circle of mean girls that rule the hallways. Beneath their polished image, each of them is hiding something dangerous, from betrayal and cyberbullying to toxic relationships and personal secrets.

After a lightning strike at a party leaves the girls shaken but alive, strange powers begin to emerge. They can hear each other’s thoughts, uncover hidden truths, and even turn their minds against one another. As the pressure builds, their friendships fracture and the group becomes more volatile with every use of their abilities.

What begins as high school rivalry soon turns into something far darker. As secrets erupt and survival takes over, the girls are pushed toward a final confrontation where Alyssa’s true nature is revealed, and nothing in Fairview will ever be the same.

Alyssa’s last words will haunt everyone.  She says “I’m not going to lie, ladies.  This is going to hurt you more than it will hurt me” and that’s when the mean girls’ screams starts…the end.

School is set to be filmed in Las Cruces, New Mexico.
